Chili Rasboras are peaceful and sometimes shy fish that benefit from being in larger schools to help them feel more secure. They are a vibrant red color that pop against plants and dark background and substrate, giving a beautiful accent to your tank. They can be a bit finicky eaters and require small foods that fit in their mouth such as fry foods, micro pellets, and baby brine shrimp both live and frozen. They appreciate softer water, and will happily go down to very acidic environments below 6 pH. They are best kept in water bellow 7.5 pH longterm.
